This page explains each step our telehealth services, packages, and visit fees.

We use Charm Telehealth for secure, easy, HIPPA compliant video and photo visits.

1. Review services and fees, then select SCHEDULE / REGISTER / PAY.
2. Select the date and time for your teledermatology visit. 
3. Enter your full name, email address, phone number, etc. 
4. Check your email for an invitation to the Patient Portal. Complete your consent forms, questionnaire, and personal information.
5. Purchase your visit/plan using the link in your confirmation email or RETURN here to purchase your plan.
6. Once payment is received, your appointment is confirmed.

You will receive email reminders and a link to join your video visit before your appointment. We look forward to seeing you!

 Telehealth Limitations and Disclosure

Telehealth dermatology visits use photos and live video. While helpful, they have limits compared with an in-person exam.

During a virtual visit, your provider cannot:

• Feel a skin lesion to assess its depth, texture, or movement
• Use specialized magnification tools
• Control the lighting or camera quality

Because of this, some details—such as color changes, uneven borders, or texture—may not be clearly visible.

Telehealth is not a replacement for a full-body skin cancer screening or evaluation of deep or complex skin concerns. If your provider cannot make a clear diagnosis during your virtual visit, you may be asked to schedule an in-person evaluation.

• Once registered you will receive an email that will give you instructions on how to send photos and provide information about your conditions and answer a few personal health questions. After reviewing your information and photos a personalized email care plan will be sent to you within 24–48 hours—no live video appointment needed.
• Photo only visits are appropriate for acne, eczema, rashes, psoriasis follow-up, hair/scalp concerns, changing lesions,  medication refills, and other visible skin concerns.

• Does my insurance cover it? No. We do not bill your insurance. This is a self pay teledermatology service only.
• How quickly can I be seen? Same day
• Can I use Flex or HSA? Yes
• What if I have a lesion that needs biopsied? I will refer you to a trusted provider or offer to see you in my clinic at Kinsley, Ks
• Do you examine moles? Yes. I will require separate photos to be submitted through the portal. Instructions for photography  are given  in detail. 
• What is an asynchronous visit or photo visit? This is visit based on photographs and history only. You submit them through the portal and I will respond within 24-48 hours.
• Do you offer refunds? All sales are final. 
• Do Visit Plans expire? Yes. After one year of purchase.
• What if I have multiple skin issues that need addressed? The Visit Rates and  Visit Passes are for one condition. I am happy to treat additional conditions but they will be assessed $29 each.
